Microlearning shots: Just-in-time delivery of new ideas and challenges, either via the TMD learning platform or right to your email. These bite sized chunks of learning provoke responses which act as triggers to the knowledge and behaviours participants have developed in their sessions.
Learning shots: These 2-hour face-to-face working lunches add to the ROI of sessions by continuing the learning back into the workplace, and continuing to challenge participants to respond to the content they have been exposed to.
