Gill works independently as an Executive Coach with senior individuals and teams in financial services, retail, the NHS, IT and telecoms, and the not for profit sector. She works with her clients in three core areas: coaching, organisational consulting and leadership development programmes.
Gill was previously a Partner for 10 years at PA Consulting Group where she led the Global IT and Telecoms industry sector practice and worked internationally with clients on strategy, marketing, company privatisations and the set up and launch of new mobile and internet services businesses. Gill then joined IDG to become Head of Executive Coaching. She has worked with boards and senior management teams providing executive coaching and executive team effectiveness workshops, as well as large scale leadership development programmes for middle and senior management cadres. Her clients include Legal & General, ASDA, Marks and Spencer, KPMG, Associated British Foods, Northern Foods, Barclaycard, Detica (part of BAE Systems), Domestic and General, Qinetiq, Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust and the Royal Marsden Hospital.
Since 2008 Gill has worked as a self-employed Executive Coach and Leadership Skills development facilitator for individuals and teams in both the private and not for profit sectors with clients including Henderson Global Investors, Legal & General, Bacs, Hoare Lea, Guys and St Thomas NHS Foundation Trust, BAE Systems Applied Intelligence. In 2010 she completed an MA in Executive Coaching and Mentoring Practice at Oxford Brookes University.
