Christie is a facilitator, trainer and coach. Her aim is to help individuals at all levels in organisations to develop their impact and influence in order to help them improve their performance. Her focus is on the development of practical skills and behaviours. She specialises in experiential learning and puts practice at the heart of all her work.

Christie trained as an actress at the Bristol Old Vic Theatre School and worked for 10 years in theatre & television. For the last 15 years she has worked as facilitator, role player & coach for an extensive range of clients.

She offers a particular brand of training to professionals who may have excellent technical and analytical skills but need to up their game when creating impact both internally and externally. This may be in a workshop setting - she regularly runs experiential programmes on presentation skills, personal impact and behavioral management.

In her coaching work she likes to create ongoing relationships. She works around the client’s need in terms how and when they like to work. For example over a period of two years with the same client, she may assist in the preparation for a panel interview, the presentation of a business case and practicing a challenging conversation. She recognises the need for flexibility and endeavours to work around client’s busy schedule whenever possible.
