We are a group of like-minded experts who came together to share and pursue one critical goal – to help people achieve brilliance in what they do and how they behave.
With varied and non-traditional professional backgrounds – the military, organisational consulting, legal practice, professional education and stage performance – we bring different perspectives to TMD.
What binds us together? A total commitment to building and nurturing relationships. Development is, after all, about people. Not theories, models and statistics.
It’s this – a total focus on getting to know people and organisations to build relationships of warmth, trust and honesty – that guides everything we do.

Primarily, it’s about a conversation. Hopefully, you’ll think we’ve got something to offer and something useful to say. If you do, then all we want is to build a relationship with you. Once there’s trust, great ideas flow and meaningful things start to happen.
We believe passionately in collaborative working – in other words, doing it with you, not to you. We appreciate that sometimes you just need some answers, so while we don't work to a template we can bring our experience from elsewhere to inform the conversation with you.
There are also some areas we get particularly excited about - so we have built practices of expertise that you can call on to help you out with specific challenges.
Most of all we believe passionately in having fun while making a difference. It’s what we all aspire to in our careers and it’s something that, we believe, marks us out as being different.
